Tony Hill is the brother of Stan Hill, the paternal uncle of Sara and Harry Hill and the brother-in-law and former boss of Ruby Hill. He is also the owner of Tony's. After Ruby was rude to a teenage customer whose mother complained, she was fired by Tony.
